Scope of Work: A 11,000 SF addition of structural steel and concrete second and third floors built out for clinical and office space over existing space and 5,500 SF TI of existing building shell to provide a new shipping / receiving area, central supply area, and commercial laundry facility. Also included in the project was the build out of the new facility to house the computer system required to fully digitize BMC's medical records, along with remodels of the echo and nuclear cardiology labs. As this work was proceeding, KNCC completely renovated the exterior of the existing building and modernized the HVAC system servicing over 100,000 SF of existing clinical and office space.
