Scope of Work: The new production facility for the Bulletin newspaper plant consists of an 86,470 SF two-story, steel framed, block veneer building, complete with all mechanical & electrical systems, and complete site development and landscaping. The production facility includes not only office area for newspaper staff and photo department, but also a specialized, state-of-the-art printing press room, newspaper storage, shipping and receiving and mailing facilities.
