Scope of Work: Structural renovation and historic restoration of a 40,000 SF three-story building that had been both condemned and placed on the national register of historic buildings. KNCC organized and led a team of contractors that contributed services at or below cost in order to complete this community project that included a full gymnasium and modern facilities for the Boys and Girls Club of Bend. This project was the winner of the 1999 Northwest Construction Outstanding Historic Renovation Project Award, and the 2000 Governor's Livability Award.
